What our clients say
With James confidently managing the project from start to finish close to 100% of the house was replaced with quality material and fixtures. This included the structural framework, the flooring, walls, doors, windows, roof, ceilings, chimney, plumbing, electric, gas, siding, water, septic system, deck, verandah, and even part of the driveway.
Stephen Greer and Kate MacNamaraWhen we finished the project part of me wished we could start another project right away. I gather that’s not the way people generally feel at the end of a huge renovation. I chalk that up to James and Louise Laird and the team they’ve built at RenovateMe. If I ever move from my dream home and have to renovate another property I wouldn’t even get a bid from anyone else.
Cynthia Pratt, AtawhaiRenovate me took care of everything. This included the daunting task of getting drawings done and working with the council for approval and inspections. I am confident that the best contractors in town were used by renovate me. Problems came up along the way but they were resolved quickly, sensibly and economically.
Elise Doyer & Chris Harris, AtawhaiWe asked several builders to give us an approach and informed estimate for a major renovation of our 1930’s cottage in The Wood, and as soon as James came to meet us he instilled a quiet confidence and came up with good ideas.
